17-year-old Andrew Keith Hyer died Monday after a rollover car accident involving a Chevrolet Suburban swerving to avoid another car that pulled out in front of them on U.S. Route 9.
Three people were ejected from the Suburban and seven were sent to local Logan area hospitals. McConkie said, "My heart goes out to the families of the victims. I believe that the negligent person(s) should be brought forward and charged."
